This is a completely unordered list of things that need to be done to my house, to be sorted at a later time.

• Add Ethernet wires inside the wall.
• Improve how secure the basement door is.
• Paint
• Purchase foil & foam window blockers for the windows.
• Remove chimney from roof.
  • Patch roof
• Remove chimney base from kitchen. (Engineer consult needed)
• Ensure the air ducts are all fitted properly.
• Install an air conditioner in winter.
  • Daikin is good?
  • Reduce noise with Fencing or a “Sound Blanket,” (These are specially fitted to the unit?)
• Clean moss off roof. Add mossicide after?
• Caulk cracks in siding.
• Remove paint from bubbling side, repaint.
• Identify where all the exterior water drainage systems are.
• Sewer scope?
• What is that pipe hole in the yard?
• Figure out which wires can be removed from the outside of the house?
• Fix wobbly side-yard stairs.
• Fix fences.
  • Dig path for the gate.
  • Repaint spaces where old fence was clearly torn out.
• Replace shitty fence.
• Fix driveway
• Find and replace rotted exterior trim & window trim, noted in inspection report.
• Tighten front steps handrail.
• Monitor roof closely for leaks, especially at the caulked spot.
• Pull off panes in garage roof, inspect what's behind them.
• Get replacement filter above the oven.
• Get a water valve installed behind the fridge, and new braided metal hoses.
• Check all CO and Smoke detectors.
• Properly wire lights in the attic.
• Hook up the hose on the outside of the garage.
• Expand window in basement bedroom. (Dig pit outside?)
• Add all receipts for previous work to this wiki
